Definition: Kamma-paccaya is the thirteenth of the twenty-four paccayas named in the Paṭṭhāna. Its canonical definition states that wholesome and unwholesome kamma are the kamma-condition for resultant aggregates and for material form produced by what has been done, and that volition (cetanā) is the kamma-condition for associated dhammas and the material form arisen from them (Paṭṭh 2; Paṭṭh 40).
